I’m Alec Hershman, a nutrition therapy practitioner, and I help clients understand how their health is specifically connected to their diet, lifestyle, and environmental factors. Then I help create personalized strategies to optimize healthy function.
After 11 years in higher education teaching writing and psychology, I returned to school in 2023 to study human anatomy, physiology, and nutrition, becoming certified as an NTP through the internationally recognized Nutrition Therapy Association (NTA). I use a range of holistic approaches to educate and coach every client towards better wellness and an overall reduction in their symptom burden.
